Position Organisation Chart


As you build your position tree, the Organisation Chart will reflect that structure automatically.

The Organisation Chart can be displayed by highlighting a Position in the left pane then selecting the Org Chart tab on the right.

The chart shown will display only the selected Position and direct report Positions (to the specified level).

Security settings have a controlling effect on the organisation chart.

If the current user has been given Line Manager access, they will only be able to see those positions and incumbents which fall below them in the chart.

Direct Line Managers will be able to see their direct reports only, while Multi Line Managers can see all reports which fall beneath them in the chart.

In the Org Chart you can:

  • Double click on any entry to go directly to that point on the chart.
  • Use the arrow to navigate back up the tree, rather than navigating via the position tree on the left.
  • Click on to highlight ceased positions (light blue) or vacant positions (yellow), or hide ceased positions as required. as well as other options.
  • Adjust the number of levels shown .
  • Expand or collapse different branches of the chart as required.
  • Print the chart, using a fully adjustable page setup function.
