OHS - Locations

This screen stores the current and historical locations against the employee record. Open the Employee File

Field	Explanation
OHS Locations	This displays the Location the employee has been assigned to within OHS, including current and historical locations.

 

Colour-coding in the Status column gives a quick visual indication of the status of their OHS Location.
Green indicates their current location. Yellow indicates current, but shared locations. Red indicates an historical location.
